B2B Sales with Commissions, Training, & Advancement Opportunities
POSITION 1: OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable
relationships with customers on behalf of the company, actively
prospecting for new accounts, and maximizing sales potential with existing personal
clientele.
This Position is Responsible For:

Constantly identify
prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop relationships to
ensure achievement of company business goals.

Support efforts to
consistently grow the base of referral sources
-
Effectively present and
discuss the products and services of the company, soliciting only those
desired products/services provided by the company and its vendors
-
Daily calls to prospects on target account lists and
provide reports and data on results
-
Manage short and long
term leads from external referral sources
Qualifications:
-
1+ year in sales preferred, but will consider goal oriented,
focused individual with a history of success in other related fields
-
Financially driven with excellent time management skills
-
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills,
detail oriented and be able to multi-task
-
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, competitive and
dynamic environment
-
Skilled communicator to overcome objections and probe
for vital information
-
Sales approach creativity
-
Computer skills are a
must as well as understanding of the internet

Must have valid drivers license
-
Experience working with
advertising and marketing is a plus as well as having a book of business

POSITION 2: SALES REPRESENTATIVE & ASSOCIATE
Job Summary:
A Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, and safeguarding company assets.
This Position is Responsible For:

prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop relationships to
ensure achievement of company business goals.

Support efforts to

Effectively present and
discuss the products and services of the company, soliciting only those
desired products/services provided by the company and its vendors

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
